Recipes Cheese Sticks


Ingredients:


  • Mozzarella cheese (or gouda) - how much to eat
  • Breadcrumbs -
  • Sesame - to taste
  • Ground hot pepper - to taste
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Vegetable oil - for frying

Cooking process:


  1. Cut the cheese into sticks with a diameter of about 1.5 to 1.5 cm. Any length.
  2. To prepare a breading: mix breadcrumbs with sesame seeds and hot pepper, to taste.
  3. Beat the egg in a separate plate.
  4. In a well-heated frying pan, fry with vegetable oil. First, soak the cheese stick in the egg, then in the breading, again in the egg, breading and in the pan.
  5. Fry until golden brown.
